The Panamerican Trauma Society seeks to encourage the exchange of knowledge and information between and among physicians, nurses, prehospital providers, and other health care personnel who take care of injured patients in North, Central, and South America.

Who Should Join?

All societies in the regions of the Americas and the Caribbean whose mission and goals include the prevention of injury and violence, the treatment and care of injured patients, and the study of the disease known as trauma are welcome to become PTS affiliated societies.

Any individuals in the regions of the Americas and the Caribbean whose mission and goals include the prevention of injury and violence, the treatment and care of injured patients, and the study of the disease known as trauma are welcome to become a member of PTS.

The PTS offers all of its affiliated societies and its members the opportunity for an exchange of scientific and clinical information related to trauma, as well as networking opportunities with leaders and experts in the field of Trauma at an international level.
